Happy New Year 2012

by mitchellkrog on January 3, 2012

I’d like to take this opportunity to wish all my loyal fans and followers a very Happy 2012. I hope this year is filled with good health and happiness for you and your families.

2011 was a good year for me photographically speaking but had many other challenging and difficult times but here I am in 2012 ready to tackle it by the horns. Later today I’ll be reflecting on 2011 in another blog post with my favourite images from the past year.

If you’re still on holiday please travel back safe and for those already back at work, well, somebody’s got to get the work done and I hope you are getting back into the swing of things.

Welcome to mitchellkrog.com

mitchell krog landscape photographyThis site has been on the cards for some time but I have just never found the time to get around to it. Lo and behold my new home, where I can share my experiences and images from my travels, is now finally built and live on the web. I have many stories to share and some great images too so this is merely the customary first blog post to kick things off.

This site and Living Canvas will become the first point of release for new images and print collections from this point onwards, thereafter they will be released on other channels like Facebook but the freshest content will always be right here. I will also revisit past travels and shoots and share them with you.

Click on the subscribe link at the top of the page to get immediate notification of new articles and images. I’m still busy with fine tuning some of the design aspects of the site but that will not interfere with your experiences other than to make it better.

Thanks for popping in and hope you enjoy what’s in store. Stay tuned.
