On an afternoon drive in the Maasai Mara we came across a pride of lion lazing around (big surprise) and sleeping in the long grass near a rivine. We sat and watched them for some time, hoping that as the sun started setting we might get some activity out of them. Lo and behold the cubs awoke in a very playful mood and proceeded to entertain us with some very cute activity and poses. Here’s two images from that sighting.
